1) Extruded by Aluminum 6063 or 6061, Temper is 5 and 6 or to

be die casting made by ADC6 or ADC12 etc according to the part

structure..   

 
2) Surface treatment we can do:  Anodizing, Powder Coating, Polishing,

Brushing, Electroplate,  Electrophoresis, Silk-Screen. etc .

3) Sampling Lead Time is within 25 days for extrusion proflies;    within 35

days for die casting parts;                                        

                    
4) Production Lead Time: During 5-25 days according to customer's

requirments.
